Return & Refund Policy

At Louna Iris, our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partner. Each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where you selected the wrong size or color, or if you simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items

We want you to receive your order in perfect condition. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing/printing error, we will be happy to provide a free replacement or a refund.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered.

  • Provide your order number and a clear photo showing the issue with the product.

  • Our team will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

You do not need to return the damaged or defective item.

What Is Not Eligible for a Return or Refund

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations that are inherent to the printing or manufacturing process

Please carefully review the product description and size chart before placing your order.

How to Report an Issue

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of your order being received at info@lounairisdesigns.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Please note that issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a replacement or refund, as that closes our window with our print-on-demand partner.

Refunds

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and order-processing procedures.

Our goal is to make sure you are happy with your Louna Iris purchase, and we will do our best to resolve legitimate product issues quickly and fairly.
